2. 💼 Sponsorship Agreement Terms
Sponsorship Levels

- Sponsors acknowledge and agree to all terms as it relates to this Event.
- Sponsorships are subject to approval by Organizers.
- Full payment is required before sponsorship benefits are rendered.
- Sponsorship fees are non-refundable.
- Organizers reserve the right to modify or substitute benefits due to cruise line limitations or event logistics.
- Sponsors and attendees must comply with all terms and policies of the cruise line and the travel agency used to book the Event. Organizers are not responsible for any issues, disputes, or liabilities arising from travel arrangements, booking errors, cancellations, or other matters handled by the cruise line or travel agency.
Organizers are not responsible for the collection, processing, storage, or security of payment information submitted through this Site or any affiliated third-party platforms.
- Payment data may be handled by external processors.
- Users are responsible for reviewing the privacy and security practices of any third-party payment systems used.
- Organizers disclaim all liability for unauthorized access, data breaches, or misuse of financial information by third parties.
Sponsors may submit logos, banners, and promotional content for use during the Event and on related platforms. By submitting materials, sponsors grant Organizers a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display the content solely for promotional and Event-related purposes.
Requirements & Limitations
- Sponsors must own or have legal rights to all submitted materials.
- All content must be free of copyright infringement.
- Materials may be resized or formatted to fit Event specifications.
- Organizers will not alter content without written sponsor approval.
- Sponsors may revoke usage rights by written notice, but this may affect visibility and benefits.
